1.       Syndicating the Land

  • Once the land is acquired investors have the opportunity to purchase units of undivided interest.
  • Investors then become the landowners and receive title and deed registered in their name from the Government of Alberta.
  • 90% of the raw land is sold as undivided interest and Edgeworth Properties retains 10%.
